Pricing F.A.Q.

How do I upgrade my account?

All accounts are automatically upgraded as the number of customers on your list grows. You do not need to take any action. When you reach a threshold listed above you will be notified via email and automatically moved into the next tier.

Do you prorate the price if I upgrade in the middle of billing cycle?

Yes - we will adjust your starting charge when upgrading to make sure you are only paying for exactly what you use.

What credit cards do you accept?

We accept: Visa, Master Card, and Discover. If you cannot pay with any of these methods for international reasons, please contact us.

What happens if my credit card expires or cannot be processed?

If your card expires or cannot be processed, we will notify you via email and give you 30 days to supply us with new billing information. If we do not receive updated billing information after 30 days you account will be suspended and no further coupons will be delivered until this issue is resolved.
